The short version
We don't log what you do online. We don't sell your data. We collect the minimum information needed to operate your subscription. That's it.
What we collect
When you sign up, we collect your email address. That's how we send you the magic code to log in.
When you subscribe, Apple handles the payment through the App Store and your Apple ID. We see only that a subscription is active and an opaque transaction identifier. We never see your card number or your billing address.
When you connect to Slipstream, our servers receive the encrypted tunnel from your device. They do not record what websites you visit, what apps you use, or what you send and receive. They handle aggregate traffic statistics in memory and discard them within 7 days.
What we don't collect
Your real name. Your home address. Your phone number. Your browsing history. Your DNS queries. Your IP address (except briefly, in volatile memory, while routing the connection). Your location beyond what's implied by your chosen server.
What we share
Nothing. We don't sell data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't share it with anyone except in response to a valid legal order — and we don't have anything useful to share if asked.
Cookies
The website uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies. No analytics tracking your browsing. No advertising pixels.
Your rights
You can request a copy of any data we have about you, or request that we delete your account, by emailing hello@slipstreamly.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
