Terms of Service

Last updated June 17, 2026

The agreement

When you use Slipstream, these terms apply. They're written to be readable. If anything here is unclear, email hello@slipstreamly.com and we'll explain.

The service

Slipstream provides VPN access through software clients on iOS, macOS, and other platforms. We route your traffic through encrypted tunnels to servers we operate. We do not log what you do, where you go, or who you talk to. We do keep the minimum information needed to operate your account — your email, your subscription status, and aggregate health metrics.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and devices secure. If your account is compromised, email us immediately.

Acceptable use

Slipstream is not a tool for committing crimes against other people. Our Acceptable Use Policy covers what's off-limits. Violating it can result in account termination.

Billing

Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or annually, and are billed by Apple through the App Store. You manage your subscription — including renewals and cancellation — in your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Refunds

Apple handles all refunds for App Store subscriptions through your Apple ID. See our Refund Policy for details.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is material, we'll let you know by email before it takes effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Slipstream is operated by Coral Systems Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom.
