Slipstream subscriptions are paid in advance and billed by Apple through the App Store. Here's how refunds work.
App Store subscriptions
Slipstream subscriptions are billed by Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Request a refund directly from Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com or through Settings on your iPhone. We can't process refunds on our end — Apple owns the billing relationship.
Apple's standard refund window is 14 days from purchase, though they sometimes accommodate longer periods at their discretion.
